Yes you sure can, select one service when booking your appointment, then drop in the comments the additional services you require. Please note, 4 or more large items may require an over night clean.
We clean so much more then what is just listed in our services. If you have baby equipment that needs to be cleaned and you can't find it on our services please get in contact with us and we will be able to help.
We are always happy to work with you and be flexible. Be it a very early morning drop off or night collection, dropping off a day early and collecting a couple days later. Just contact us prior to making your appointment and we will be able to discuss what works best for you.
We have a same day turn around on most items, except portable cots and bassinets as they require additional drying time.
A standard appointment has a 6-7 hour turn around time.
If you need a faster turn around time let us know upon booking.
All our standard cleaning products are made in house with natural eco-friendly ingredients, that are gentle for your little ones skin and safe for the environment.
In some circumstances we may require a chemical for mould (if our standard procedure doesn't suffice), however this is will be heavily diluted and thoroughly washed out and rewashed with our standard products. Please be aware, if mould removal is required, we may not be able to follow the cleaning guidelines of said item.
We are not qualified car seat fitters here however we have a local car seat fitting business that is happy to meet you upon collection and refit your seat (at their standard fees) please let me know upon booking if you require this assistance and I am happy to arrange this for you.
Yes we sure do! A Bond of $20 will need to be made upon collecting your complimentary car seat, this bond is 100% refundable if the goods are returned in clean, working condition, exactly how it was when you collected. If you have a car accident with the car seat in your vehicle (no matter how small) your bond will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay $100 in damages. Please add to your notes if you require a car seat (including if you need a 0-4 years or 6m-6 years seat).
Yes you sure can. You can simply follow the prompts at the bottom of your booking confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your booking. Alternatively please contact us no later then 24 hours before your appointment and we can try our best to reschedule to a more appropriate day or cancel your appointment for you.
Please contact us straight away, ideally in writing (email or text). We are happy to reclean your goods, completely free of charge, at your earliest convenience.
